Acceptable, but certain aspects require attention

ineffective ac room temperature

The gym downstairs was a plus, with a space for workouts.

The room temperature was difficult to regulate. The AC barely worked. A more effective climate control system is necessary.

rich breakfast ironing board useless support limited ac

The breakfast options were extensive. I appreciated the rich selection and quality. I also found an iron and ironing board provided in the room. These amenities.

The customer support was useless to me. They didn't help, offering only name changes. there was no AC, and the window opened only a little.
